Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping anywhere in the Phillipines; Small and mid-size items ship within 1 business day after you place your order and are scheduled to be delivered within the following 2 business days (3 business days total), while large items ship within 2 business days and are scheduled to be delivered within the following 3 business days (5 business days total). Please note that once we ship an order, we don’t have any control over any delays in transit. That being said, HelloMarket’s customer service team will help track orders and resolve any issue with the shipping provider if ever needed.

Delivery Times

Small and mid-size items are expected to be delivered within 3 business days, while large items will take a total of 7 business days. All product pages show an estimated delivery time, but please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. When placing your order, order processing and transit time are used to calculate the estimated delivery date; however, some orders may take longer due circumstances beyond our control.

Local warehouse in the Philippines

All orders will be shipped from the local warehouse in the Philippines. We have chosen LBC Express for delivery, allowing our Filipino customers to enjoy fast and secure logistics services. Every order will be photographed, weighed, and recorded on video at the time of shipment to ensure quick and safe delivery to our customers.

Orders are not sent out or processed on weekends and public holidays.If there are any significant delays when processing your order, HelloMarket will be in touch via email.

 

Once an order is processed and verified, we will provide the Buyer with a confirmation and a tracking number via email.
